    Offers education, advocacy, research updates, and a range of support tools for people living with tinnitus. Especially strong on treatment options and science-backed information.

  • British Tinnitus Association (BTA):

    A UK-based but globally respected organization with excellent educational materials, self-help guides, and downloadable resources. Their information is evidence-based and easy to understand.

  • Hearing Health Foundation:

    U.S.-based nonprofit focused on research and education for hearing loss and tinnitus. Great for those interested in emerging treatments.

  • National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD):

    Government resource with detailed information on causes, research, and medical approaches to tinnitus.

  • Tinnitus Talk (by Tinnitus Hub):

    A moderated online forum where people with tinnitus can share experiences, treatments, and support. Note: it’s community-driven, so information should be verified against medical sources.​

  • 📞 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.):
    If you're feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or in crisis, help is available 24/7. Call or text 988 to connect with trained counselors who care and can help you through difficult moments.

  • Mindfulness of Tinnitus - online course:​​

Peter Vernezze, PhD, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist who has presented and published about his own tinnitus experience. Offers a six-week live online class for $295, Mindfulness for Tinnitus, and a free weekly meditation session. Next class starts on September 22, 2025 and ends October 27, 2025.

  • Bring on the Ministry:
